Knights of Columbus - Arlington, VA

A joyful afternoon Bat Mitzvah celebration at the Knights of Columbus, in Arlington, Virginia.

From Sara: Abby has one of the most fun personalities I have had the pleasure to work with. She was excited and engaged at every single meeting we had and she was much better at staying on task than her mother and I were! Abby wanted her love of literature to be front and center at her celebration, which was related to her service project of collecting books for a local Arlington elementary school. We were able to incorporate books into the centerpieces and décor, and used it as inspiration for the guest book and favors.  I heard from family and friends what a great time they had...always the sign of a successful event!

From the Halls: Sara made our daughter’s bat mitzvah “the best day ever” (high praise from a 13 year old). From the first meeting, Sara completely understood our style and the general vibe we, and our daughter, were going for. Sara respected our budget and never hesitated to recommend things that she knew from her experience would be huge hits with the guests. Every element of the party reflected our daughter and her personality. Every vendor Sara recommended was superb. On the day of the event, Sara handled every detail, big and small — even helping to serve food when the caterers were short staffed. We were all able to just enjoy the day, rather than worry about the details. Without Sara, the day would have been much more stressful, much less fun, and much less beautiful. We really cannot express enough praise for Sara’s talent, professionalism, and effort. We will certainly use her again!
